Editorial Methodology

How we research, verify and maintain the information published on South Florida Residence.

How project information is verified

Every building and development record starts in research status and is reviewed before publication. A fact is shown only when it can be traced to a source; when we cannot confirm a detail — a price, a delivery date, a unit count — the field is left blank rather than estimated. Pricing appears only when it has been confirmed; otherwise pages say pricing is available upon request.

How sources are selected

We prioritise primary sources: official developer and project websites, published sales materials, municipal and county records, and on-the-record statements. Reputable trade and news publications are used as secondary sources. Content and media licensed to other brokerages or platforms are never reused.

How often data is reviewed

Each project tracks when it was last verified, when pricing and delivery status were last checked, and when its sources were last reviewed. Records not verified in the last 90 days are flagged internally for review. Flagged facts are not changed automatically — they are rechecked against sources first.

How corrections are handled

If you find an error, contact us with the page and the correction. We check the claim against primary sources, update the record when confirmed and refresh its verification date. Analysis labelled “South Florida Residence Insight” is our own commentary and is kept separate from verified facts.

Independence

South Florida Residence is an independent platform. Listing a developer or project does not imply a partnership, endorsement or sales relationship.
